In case anyone was wondering how many chips you can fit into a gallon size ziploc, the answer is somewhere very close to 560. But um...be very careful picking it up. :mad:

(But don't worry, Feneck didn't ship in a ziploc. That was just my receptacle after unloading from the well-padded package.)

Unofficial phone snap pr0n mid-build. Still adding, but here's where I am at the moment. Not sure why I decided to start putting these on a guest room nightstand when they starting coming in the mail, but here we are and I'm too lazy to move them now, so I'm just piling them up.

This is bulk of what I have. Another rack of $5s around here somewhere and another mixed rack and half with extras of all the rest.

I know someone is dying to sell me enough to get up to 1k each of the $1s, $3s, and $5s, right? Pretty please?

At this point I'm still looking for about 300 more $1s, 200 more $3s, 100 more $5s and however many $25s and $100s you want to sell me...

Thanks, Josh! Honestly I'd like to get a lot more $3s, but I'm still not 100% on whether I'll keep original or relabel. Once you get up to 3500 chips or so relabeling becomes a bit pricey.

Weeeeeeellllll, not if you just ship the whole kit and caboodle up to @Gear and he works his magic. Hence the mounting expense (which, don't get me wrong, is totally and completely justified from Gear's end given the time required as pointed out above).

But yeah, between the chips themselves and then also the removal/relabel labor and materials costs, I'm running into a bigger project than I was seeking on day one.

Thanks. I've had discussions with that seller before about these (and other) chips. I may have to go that route to fill one or two racks, but I'm trying to avoid it if possible.

I did have a small amount of success actually. Still not quite to my liking, but prob reasonable enough that if I just need to add a rack or two I'd be willing.
 
Looks like I've very nearly reached a logical end to the insanity.

BUT

I still need a final rack of $5s. Who's gonna help me?

By the way, I just exchanged messages with this guy on eBay. I asked if he still had a rack of $5s and he said yes and invited an offer. I offered more than twice per chip that I've paid to anyone else in the course of collecting these and he didn't even counter. Said my opening was too low and that he's going to "list them and see what happens." Anyone want to prop bet where he sets his opening bid?

Most of the Bud Jones that sell for that much are v7 or CiC.

Agreed. I'm not sure I've ever seen a common denom BJ S2 sell for that much.

EDIT: I have been properly corrected to my great shame that these are V6s, not S2s (h/t @TheBigTater). Please be gentle, Bud Jones gods.
