Past TCR sale counts (1 Viewer)

So apparently those above numbers are in fact from the actual sale. Jim provided some more insight, which was the numbers he got from the casino.

Lady Luck Tournament

So the totals for these hot stamped spotted Paulsons:
T5 - 900
T25 - 2,100
T100 - 1,930
T500 - 970
T1k - 500
T5k - 300
These numbers don't take into account some extras TCR had.

From what I can tell there are:
T5 - 1000
T25 - 2194
T100 - 1988
T500 - 995
T1k - 500
T5k - 300

Empress Joliet TCR Sale Counts

Does anyone from the old days have these numbers? Perhaps @BGinGA or @ovo?

I have respectable sets of Empress primaries and secondaries, but I didn’t start collecting chips until after the Empress TCR sale.

Thanks! Apologies if this info is posted in another thread, but I searched and couldn’t come up with anything.

Ping Jim S @TheChipRoom -- he has historically revealed the total chip numbers on his casino chip purchases once all of the chips were sold out.

I'm sure I've seen the Empress totals in the past, but do not recall what they were. Both the primary and secondary sets were in play at the casino over the (13?) years, so the number of available mint chips was pretty low.

I was curious as well so I did a dive into the WayBack Machine. Haven't been able to find the original sale prices yet, but did find the presale, then St Patrick's Day sale and the year end closeout sales. I didn't bother to post images from the actual sale announcement because there weren't any prices listed.

If anyone wants to try to scour the original sales thread, some of the pages are archived, many are not... Hate to read too much into any of this, but based on what you can see available in the later sales, you can get an indication of what was either in lesser numbers, or were more desirable and sold out early.

Nice! Thanks for posting!

Maybe once I get my poker table clean again after the chip cleaning/testing I’m doing, I’ll post some pr0n of a nice little Empress Primary “Heads Up” set I have.
