Very nice catch. Love that color combos. Great price!

Tried to find some barrels of that green chips in vgc to relabel them as $25 MGM Grands, but wasn’t able to find them until now.

Any chance you cherry pick 40-60 of them for some extra Dollars? Checked you pics, look like all are pretty worn. But I have to ask.
Of the ones that I’ve gone through, they are all pretty worn. The seller said there were some mint ones, but I haven’t come across any. I’ll keep an eye out for them.

Quick update:
Thank you for all who have expressed interest. Those that have sent payment...I’ll start packing hopefully today and start sending them out on Wednesday. As of right now, all of the blue/yellow 1’s are gone. There are about 4,000 green/black fracs remaining. These numbers might change. I received interest from international members and until I figure out how easy/difficult it would be to ship or if I want to go through the hassle, I won’t know exact remaining quantities. I’ll probably put some of the green fracs on feebay...not as cheap though.

*those who have sent payment, if you haven’t done so already, please pm me your shipping details along with name so that I can match it up to the payments I’m receiving. Thanks.

Nice cleaning job. By hand, or by ultrasonic gizmo?
OMG....I’m done with hand cleaning...these were a biatch to to clean with just a toothbrush and oxy. And i didn’t get into all the crevices as well as I would’ve liked, especially the canes. Especially the 1’s....all full of 30 year old hooker juice that had made itself quite comfortable in every nook and cranny possible. Next on the to do list, buy an Ultrasonic cleaner!

If anyone that picked some $1 chips up wants to spare 2 racks... please let me know !!!

I just have not figured out where yet. Both 50c and $2 chips make sense for my game and stakes.

Did you have to mill the Lucky Derby 5’s to get those labels on? A lot of people are asking me if these green fracs will take a label. I would say that their condition is very similar to those Lucky Derby’s.

Btw...awesome set you got there...can wait to see the green boys mixed in;)

@FDLmold - I'm interested as well. I have 2 racks of the orange LD's (going to use as quarters) that I'm going to use with 2 rack of the green (nickles) and 2 racks of the blue (leave as $1) I picked up here for a nice micro cash set. I could probably just get away with labeling the LD's without milling, but then I would not have an excuse to get a drill press. And who does not like more power tools? So I'd like to hear what direction you went with the LDs in your set above.

Having held a few of these LD relables before (paging @MD Mike) i will say that the stamp recession does show to some extent when you look for it. The cleanest look would certainly be to mill them. Not sure if the greens exhibit more wear or perhaps a shallower recess.

If you get the thinnest gear labels, no milling required on the lucky derby chips. I just shuffled a stack last night.

If the light catches right, you can make out what the hot stamp used to say on some of the chips, but not all. I would not want to use a light colored label on these worn hot stamps, because I think that would exacerbate the problem.

If I thought I would need to mill these 50c chips, there is almost no chance I would buy them. From the pictures they look identical to the lucky derby chips.

Thin meaning no laminate?
