In 2025, PayPal will start selling your transaction history for targeted advertising.

You can toggle this off under your account and going to Settings > Data & Privacy > Personalized Shopping.

Seems only fair, it’s not like they earn any money providing the suckiest of sucky exchange rates and rob people blind with all sorts of fees, oh wait…
