I think this is the smoothest cigar I’ve ever smoked.

I’ll be curious to hear your opinions on the others, the HdM is my personal favorite but I find all of them to be really good.

I’ll let you know when I’m ordering again. I usually wait for one of their sales. As far as those QDs go, the 54s are tough to find, I only know of one place that currently has them and they’re never on discount unfortunately.
So what did you think of the Hoyo de Monterrey?

it was my second favorite. It seemed to smoke real fast. Not sure if that was normal or just me but I noticed it was gone quick. Haha

First full weekend I’ve had off in months. It’s beautiful out today so I thought it was only appropriate to try out my new cutter on one of my favorite smokes.
Big shout out and thank you to @Mongoose for such a wonderful gift. First time using a V-cut and I’m loving the draw I’m getting on this Monte#2.

v cuts are great. Seem to me they keep the cap in place and unraveling issues to a minimum. I prefer a punch when feasible but try to v cut when I don’t have a punch.

Seeing as Vegas is booked for next May now... Where's good for smoking a cigar on the strip? I'm liking the look of the Montecristo bar @ Caesars.

that’s a really nice spot, they even have a room you can grab dinner with your smoke from homestead steak house, like old school Vegas. The Fuente cigar shop in the forum shops is cool if you can grab one of the tables then you can people watch. They also sell opus exclusives that you can only buy there.
other than that I’m usually smoking at the tables. End of night on the balcony of room at cosmo overlooking fountains was cool and so was the rooftop at rio after having dinner at voodoo.
