Mine goes in this silver receptacle in the kitchen. Doesn't say anything fancy on it but I do have to step on a piece on the bottom to open the lid so I've got that going for me which is nice.
That's actually a really freakin cool thing you got there.
I just throw them away.
My “cigar bag” does have a bunch of empty cellophane sleeves in the bottom of it because I’m lazy however. I keep telling myself that I’m going to put them on some of the sticks I have that are unsleeved, but I never do.

I almost pulled the trigger on a box of 50 HdM Epicure #2s yesterday but just couldn’t swallow the $750 asking price.
After just now seeing the price of a 10 box Monte #2s, maybe I should have.
Can’t believe the pricing!

The prices for Habanos are crazy and not justified. I’ve enjoyed the Habanos I’ve had (and still have) but the consistency and quality of the non-Cubans just simply dwarfs the Habanos. There is no way I would pay the current pricing when there are Olivas, Padrons, Fuentes, etc., to be easily had for a fraction of the cost. Nuts pricing!

Great question. I’ve gone to $30, for my Opus X, etc., but that’s the max so far. And the more I experience the more I am convinced the sweet spot for me is $6-12/stick. There are exceptions, of course, and never say never, right?

I had my order with a quarter box of these and the partagas shorts typed up and ready to hit send but I'm a bit flush at the moment given the minimum order is normally 6 so I need to hold off on any orders for a while until I get a better idea of exactly what I want. Not being able to order singles to try has been a challenge.
yeah, for sure. TBH, I don't smoke enough where the difference between 6-12 for something I'm going to set on fire matters enough in the grand scheme of things. Not trying to be an ass about money, but from a single stick perspective it's hard to use that as a factor. Now if it was buying a box of one or the other it would matter a lot more, but I'm not really there yet. And yeah, never say never, Opus X, obviously stretch for something special, not an everyday thing.
My average/stick is $13.47 buy Habanos. CoRos are nuts, but I wouldn't say the rest of them are like 3x or 4x the cost of NCs. Maybe I'm not looking at the right kind of CCs. There are some sticks I just haven't seen at any price like a Cohiba Lancero. Don't know what it would cost and no idea even what I'd pay.
’ve got 1.5 large sistemas full of CCs and with where prices are (and even were 6mo ago when I bought those) I don’t think I’ll be stocking up on Cubans again for a long time
10-15 is where I’m happiest. That buys Dapper, La Palina, My Father, RoMa, Blackworks, and Placensias (!!!!!) which are honestly all so good and more reasonably priced then upper end Fuentes and CCs

Had a La Madrina shade beli tonight (ugh why do I always forget to take photos?) and at ~$10 it was perfect EV
