Looking at the OFCP topper. I assumed the P stood for pineapple, and this was for some type of pineapple game. But google tells me that OFCP stands for Open Faced Chinese Poker. Either way, not a game I've ever played. Must be popular with some though, since these toppers are selling. I imagine I'll run into it one of these days at a meetup.
Pineapple version on OFCP can be played with 3 players or less
These toppers have 4 fields of play to accommodate a game of non-pineapple OFCP,
but if you have four players you are probably better off grabbing another deck of cards and playing two simultaneous games of POFCP
