Hold it in your hand and all reveal at the same time for Declare, empty hand for both. I question the 47mm, for smaller hands that may be difficult to cover, much rather see these in 43 myself
I have never used a Hi-Lo chip before. If it makes more sense to make them in a smaller size, by all means we can do that.

What would be best? 39mm or 43mm?

Maybe ask others opinions, but I have used them and you know I am all about bigger is better. If we go 43mm I will also be adding some of those Star Hi/Lows.

Just did a mock up with Brie and myself... I can cover the 47mm but it was much more difficult for her and she has large hands for a lady. Just something to consider, my vote is 43

But … does she have ”man hands”?

We use the Hi/Lo buttons during our mixed games only one per table to show the table if we are playing an only hi variant or a variant with a low
They need to be large enough to be easily visible from across the table I like the 47 size
But can live with 43

Interesting. Well, if enough are ordered, maybe we could get two different sizes.

Just curious, when you say "cover" you mean hold completely covered in your hand, right? I'm used to declaring w/1, 2, or 3 chips held in hand. But I'd be worried with Hi/Lo buttons that I have it turned around when in my closed hand, and when opening/revealing it might flip over. Then people would have to take my word for what I chose (whereas there's no ambiguity between 1,2,3 chips in hand).

So... I was thinking one could place the hi/lo chip on the table, and cover it with ones hand. Then the chip doesn't have to be too small, because most hands/palms can cover even a 60mm button sitting on the table. But I dunno practically if that would work well with multiple people surreptitiously trying to place their chip facing the right way and covering it successfully with their hand without revealing accidentally.

So maybe a smaller chip to be covered in-hand still makes the most sense. (Don't mind me, just talking through some thoughts...)

I would vote 47.

The daintiest hands can hide a 47, but average eyes can't see 39 from the other end of the table.

OK - here's the deal on the Hi-Lo accessories.

Apparently, the original BTP Hi-Lo accessories were produced on 49mm ceramic dealer button blanks. Those are considerably more expensive than a chip (about 3x to 4x the price). Here's what I'll do, because it seems that different people use these Hi-Lo items in different ways.

The default size will be a 47mm chip. If this is the size you want, you just place your order and you are done. However, if you want to buy a 49mm button size, or a smaller chip (39mm or 43mm), you need to let me know either in your order post or via PM. The minimum order quantity for chips (any size) is 25, which includes printing on the rolling edge. The minimum order quantity for the 49mm dealer button size is 10 if you want printing on the rolling edge (it will be plain white with an order less than 10).

I will update the OP with this information, as well.

* IF I'm the only odd ball or we don't reach 10 on the 49mm just mark me off on this.

I happened by this last night:

Yes, prior to finalizing the order, I will confirm we meet the minimums and contact the appropriate people if the minimums aren't met so that other arrangements can be made.

Very sorry for the late addition to the lineup, folks, but our main man @Toby has just created a new custom design (you can probably guess who inspired this one). It's the BIG TOP JOKER!

This new item is being tagged as ITEM D - all DB items beginning with the Black Cats have been adjusted by one letter. The order chart in post #2 already reflects this change. If you have already placed an order, you don't need to do anything to reflect this change. But if you want to add this new DB to your order, please make a new post noting that you are revising your previous order.
