For the custom plaques, is the $50 charge per denomination or per base design with unlimited denominations?
Theoretically, can I get 10 x $100, 10 x $500, 10 x $1000 with the same base design for a total of $3.75 x 30 + $50 = $162.50?
Are you able to share more pictures of custom ones that have been printed before that we could choose from? Sands, etc
If you're able to present it in the same way as the dealer buttons and the other GB, some of us may be interested in the same design and could split the fee? Sorry I know that's more work to you.

No. The $50 is per different plaque with an order less than 100. Your example would be $262.50. Every particular plaque has a minimum order of 100 or a $50 upcharge for less than 100.
I will try to dig up photos of previous ones but there aren’t that many.
Custom plaque... anyone want to join up? I can also make a $50 or $100 if there's enough interest there.
Would personally do 25x of the below and a case, but would increase if needed to hit the 100x.
