Playable Cali casino cash sets (3 Viewers)

I find it interesting that a lot of the California card rooms (Casino Royale comes to mind) decided to put the denoms on only one side. Or are these non denominational?

All nondenominational. Most of the casino royale are also non-denominated except for the $1’s which are on one side

If I could get a playable cash set of Vineyards my chip journey would be done. Finished.

well, maybe not but I’d have my holy grail set.

They need a fair bit of love, attention, cleaning and oiling, but I now have a complete playable set from Doc's San Diego.

I bought yours and 1 other set from another member and combined them... so I would say, yours was not purtier since they are the exact same chips. Lol
But I think mine was purtier because I owned them then! It's all in the mind of the (be) holder. :cool

I suspect that this is a common syndrome for those of us who sell nice sets to cope with the separation....

I do miss them. :(

+ I have update the OP with recent finds - the list keeps growing! I have more work to do on the count for many of those sets, any help with that would be appreciated.

Very curious to find out how many Outpost, Lakeshore Inn & Oceanside Card Club are in circulation. One way to find out...more pr0n :D

Brass elephant count:

1000x $.50
600x $1
900x $5

Plus a handful of extras of each denom.

Supposedly some $20s exists, but I've never even seen a picture.
