Strangely enough, this has provided me with a much needed sense of calm, as thinking about my chips every two minutes has been going on since I submitted the final artwork. Every day has been like, "Is today the day they'll be shipped?"... for over three excruciating weeks!Good luck making it through the next 2 days without thinking about your chips every 2 minutes.
You're in time... I'll touch base once the chips arrive.I'll take a sample set as well if there's any left. PM on the way, I can pay cash since I think I live a few minutes away from you.

Thanks for the kind words!Wow, those chips look awesome!
Of note, ALL of the chips have scuffing/scratching on the inlays to some degree... some more than others. ... I guess this is one of the drawbacks of the FDL mould.
Okay I've gone through all of the chips to ensure things are good to go. Of note, ALL of the chips have scuffing/scratching on the inlays to some degree... some more than others. This is how they arrived as I've handled them very little, other than to check for proper label orientation and denomination. I guess this is one of the drawbacks of the FDL mould. I will not be oiling the samples as I'm aware that some are very particular on how this is applied, if at all. I'll be making a trip down to the Post Office this weekend, so all who placed orders should have them within the week. I hope to have pictures up soon, so stay tuned.
BTW: The envelope looked like brand new - not if it has been traveled from Canada to Germany.
There has to be someone who cares out there.
Working for the post office has its advantages. I'm able to bypass most of the processing and take the shipment directly to the work area that it will be despatched from. Most damage to packets/parcels happens in transport. Packets are stuffed into bags so that the shipper doesn't have to handle every piece, however these bags are placed on top of one another (and are usually thrown), so you can imagine the strain the bottom bag feels from the 10+ bags on top of it. As for parcels, they are loose loaded into a shipping container. Properly loaded, the parcels should be brick piled so as not to damage the parcels on the bottom row (or any row, really). If not brick piled... well I think you know the outcome to that. Add to that, air turbulence if flown, sea swells and poor road conditions for surface transport, and you have a nice recipe for a ruined package. This is why it's so important to package properly. Letterpost (First Class Mail, Priority Airmail, Documents, etc) are placed into nice sturdy handheld containers and lidded... guess how yours was sent?BTW: The envelope looked like brand new - not if it has been traveled from Canada to Germany. Not sure I deserve such high praise but I'll take it... The Boulevard is one of the greatest sets I've ever seen. I love how the chip colours change based on the time of day. Most recently @Rhodeman77's The Club House and the changing of the seasons reminds me of this as well. What a peaceful vibe from this set. Sort of like the Boulevard set. Beautiful execution!!!
