Out of sets that I don't own? OMG so many that could be considered "favorites" in one way or another. Gun to the head, heading into witness protection with no internet but a weekly poker game and all I can have is any one set to touch/play with/look at, I'm going to go with this one:

I feel bad posting a custom set as each is wonderful to their owners. I only dream to own a custom set but I'm sure not everyone would love it but the only one that has to would be me.

For that reason I'd have to say the PNY's because of being a mint casino set and I live in the great state of NY.
 
Out of my own chips bcc fun nite tourney set.

Although not the most attractive set out there I really like the theme of pharaohs set.

We still love the "Dunes Commemorative" - not really the best stacking, but an awsome design!
 
Judging by which set gets the most playing time, my favorite set is from the Outpost Casino(s).

Judging by which set get the most comments from the players, their favorite is from the Americana Casino, Aruba {bud jones, CIC}

My favorite set is my B&G Concorde cash set (a french cardroom)
 
Boy, this is tough. I have three clear favorites, but out of the three I love I have to go with Perfecto Card Lounge. That set is just all kinds of awesome.

My first time in a casino was at my local indian casino. The chips were probably the best part. The sound, the feel, just everything.

Turned er out they were Chipco. And my love was born. I love pretty much any Chipco set, but especially the Crystal Oysters. So great.
 
Beyondtilt's Jockey Club is my all time fave.

My Everleighs are my favorite that I own.
 
I'll have to go with the Lady Luck Club as well for my favorite.

I don't own any customs or real casino sets, but my favorite home set I own is my Paulson Pharaohs (Suids mold, NCV)
 
Favorite set I own: Toss up between Paulson World Tophats, Binion's Horseshoe, California Bell's
Favorite casino set I don't own: Dunes, Mapes
 
Tough to choose, but going with the new chips on the block... The Boulevard.
 
I have to agree with jbutler about favorites changing everyday and there are so many great custom sets out there. That said when I think custom sets there are four that I think of instantly:

Albino Dragon's California Club(this set inspired me to start designing my own customs)
Tree's Hitching Post
Perfecto Card Lounge
Havana Club

Love the Golden Broken Arrow cash set (my own). Would love to have a full set of the President Casino on the Admiral.
