~600. I think I'd like Sun-Fly for these if we are going with hybrids. I've not heard great things about Tina's hybrids.

If Tina, I was going to see if I could get in on the no-mold textured non-hybrid chips. Like the recent Bellagio chips.

I've actually heard mostly good things about Tina hybrids, compared to their cards mold chips. But they probably won't hold a candle to the Sun-Fly ones, nor would one expect them to at half the cost.

I'm probably in for a small set of ~300-500, maybe more if they're the Tina textured no molds simply because of the price. But you get what you pay for and those sunfly look really nice.

I think SunFly chips are the best imitation of BJ’s chips.
Not to derail….but I will…….I think some sort of BJ S2 style tournament set would be awesome wether it be these Aria, or….

Found one not from your mockup. BTW, did you create that or did someone else? In any case, I'm (re)creating the designs from scratch...

This post was very helpful: https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/wsop-chip-usage-2005-rio-primary-bud-jones.39874/

I'll finish the other denoms tomorrow!
I found that on here somewhere. I did not do the artwork. I’m guessing if we tried to get these made through SunFly you’d have to change the wording a little more?

Kinda similar to the Aria vs. Aria's, or adding "Commemorative". Also depends on how strict Sun-Fly is. Since the WSOP is no longer being hosted at the Rio, I'm hoping the "Commemorative" is enough. I guess we'll see...

Is there any agreement that "Commemorative" is preferred over "Tribute" or "Replica" or "Souvenir"? Seems like since it does appear on some chips like Apache's Dunes that it seems to be the least bad term to help distinguish a tribute from an original...

I don't think SF would accept to use the logo of a current casino.
They, themselves, provide casinos and would probably not mess with that.
@SUN-FLY Poker Chips can confirm.

[Edit]

My original design.

I've also a version without the horseshoe.

And also a version with bigger "inlay" for print on plain ceramics.

When I connect to my PC, I show the 39mm version I have with bigger "inlay" (close to the original) and without the horseshoe logo and bigger denom.
My design has been done with the official SF palette (CC codes).

I did not give SF any colors for the Poker Go sample, I guess they will duplicate the colors from the vector file? I'm interested to see how close the actual colors come to the file.

Having worked with SF a lot, it's safer to use their palette of tested colors (60 colors available) and deviate from it if you really need a specific color they don't have.

If you provide them with your own colors, result can be disappointing with more muted colors.

Do you have a copy of their color palette with CMYK values?

FYI, for this type of chips you should use HB001 if you go 39mm.

Here's a realization of a design I made for someone. He only picked standard colors.
