Evening all.

I've been looking through the Podcast app on my iPhone and searched 'poker' and noticed that there are a plethora of options. So, without going through each of them to find one I might like, does anyone have any recommendations for where I could start?

I've just got Top Pair and listening to that now, but thinking I want to add a couple more to the roster.

I travel a lot for work and so having something like this to listen to would help pass the time.

Thanks all.

if you like a good all around poscast you really cant beat "the thinking poker poscast" with andrew brokos and nate mavis. they usually go through a hand or two of strat and then an interesting interview. something you can listen to in the car with your kids. they usually put a podcast out each week.

tournament poker edge podcst is another great one. not for the kiddies tho. if you have seen killing bird on twitch this is the same guy. they dont put out as many as they used to. (for free)

then if you want something completly off the wall that will just make you laugh, check out "the chirp herm show". this is hosted by the online ledgend himself "dipthrong". *****warning******** you may want to listen to his by yourself. your wife will not appreciate listening to this with you!
he doesnt put out a lot of pocasts,( about 2 a year) but in his most recent he said he was going to try to record more on a regular baisis. what he does put out is pure gold tho. never heard anything like it. if you have a crude sense of humor you will like it. chirp

Top Pair is only on my podcast list because occasionally I have to have SOMETHING to listen to.
I look forward to ThinkingPoker for the strategy.

Others I have on my list

Official Red Chip Poker
Carrot Poker
The Breakdown
Tournament Poker Edge

Long time ago I went through all the Bart Hansen podcasts--they are wonderful.

I did benefit tremendously from his podcasts during the Deuce Plays and some of the early Seat Open stuff. I found eventually that he was mostly treading over the same ground. Granted, it really can't hurt to have some of that stuff reiterated multiple times because it's very often great advice, but as my listening time dwindled and I started playing less NLHE, I eventually ended up canceling my subscription to his current site/podcast.

I hadn't yet listened to any of the Red Chip stuff, so I threw a couple of those in my queue. I like Ed Miller and Doug Hull, so hopefully it's as good as it should be.
