It’s funny, I don’t mind cleaning up so much when I had a decent win. But there is nothing worse than having to clean up after a loss! Hahaha.

Use disposable kitchenware and just say something at some point asking people to make sure they toss their garbage so that you don’t have a late night cleaning everything up. That should hopefully address most of the problem and ideally you get a few players who are champs and stay to help cleanup at the end. I think charging a cleanup fee would actually be counter productive because people wouldn’t go out of their way to tidy things up because they figure they’re paying a fee to cover that.

You guys are right I was having a weak mentality. I hadnt been down there since saturday night and it was not as bad as I remembered. Some guys cleaned a little before the night ended. Prep and cleanup are all part of the fun of being a host.

No you don't. If you'd rather hire a service than clean up on your own, do it. If you want to charge a fee to cover it (assuming it's legal in your jurisdiction), do it. If you want to ask for donations to cover it, do it.

It doesn't matter what anyone else here would do.
