If you don't mind a funky yellow inlay (I personally love it), FLV $5s are out there in quantity and varying condition, are leaded, and have one of the best inserts patterns and colors for red $5s out there.

Ok I’ve joked enough here. If you’re really serious I think your best bet would be to offer market or slightly over market for PCA $5s. There’s a lot of them out there and for the right price they will be available.

Uh, the last time I checked, somebody with more money than sense set the market on those at $1200 a rack. I don’t think paying that is wise. If market has come down on those, maybe it’s worth considering.
I realize that is you want leaded THCs, at some point you need to either bite the bullet or focus your attention elsewhere. But things got stupid recently, so I’d wait for the dust to settle before biting anything like that.

The difference between leaded THC's & unleaded is not something that most people are going to notice. Is there ia difference? Of course, but it's it really Worth that sort of premium?
Grab racks of live Paris $5 & be done with it.

Yeah. Or grab some mint RHCs to use while you keep looking for your leaded $5s. It’s tough to go for instant gratification in this hobby. I mean unless you have the money to offer double or triple market value for the chips you want. I don’t advise that. I think it screws things up. But it seems to work.

I learned the last couple of years that money isn’t enough to shake anything lose unless it’s stupid money. I decided to go to Vegas harvesting 8 times in the last 6 months looking for things people want that will be gone soon. Then opened a huge trade thread. Was able to get lots of things I wanted.
Maybe the new Horseshoe chips will provide me with more chip equity. Come on THC.

This pattern has repeated itself hundreds, if not thousands, of times since I started this hobby 20 yrs ago now: New guy comes in and sees something he likes, buys a few of a couple different denominations and then gets stuck. Puts up want ads and "crickets." This hobby takes both some money and patience or an extreme amount of money. If tens of thousands of dollars doesn't mean much to you then you will shake stuff loose, but then you will almost certainly have to sell at a loss if you decide to sell. If you hesitate at spending 3k for 6 racks of live $5's @ Paris LV or some other live $5 then going the route of RHC's or Live THC $5's are your 2 best options for today. End of story.
Who knows, maybe one day that won't be the case, but for now and until something changes that is the current situation.
i've fallen victim.
