I agree. It was completely full of really good recommendations and absolutely no brutal evisceration. If @aaron2786 is smart, he'll actually listen to this and make some of these tweaks.

Inlay is better, i.e. readable now. I liked the quarter, so glad you didn't change it other than rotating the label. The $1 edge spots got worse. You removed the one day-glo spot instead of adding more. The $5 got slightly better. Maybe... Still too dark. Pink > butterscotch on the $20. But regular white still a bad choice for an edge spot. Actually, CPC regular white is just a bad choice anywhere on a chip. It's not a good color. You know it has speckles (brass?) in it, right? And in time, they turn green. Use bright white on the $20 and some day-glo colors on the $1 and the $5 and you will thank us.
