Great set, these don’t even really need cleaning. Can’t wait to play them. I thought that after handling 43mm chips that these 36mm would feel too small, but def not. They’re awesome. Thanks again for the great deal @The Chip Exchange much appreciated

My 1k WSOP chips are so gross. The rest aren't as bad. But I feel like I need a hazmat suit after touching them. Ultrasonic arrives on Wednesday. I'm not getting tendonitis again from chip cleaning.

I cleaned 60 by hand yesterday and have 280 more to go. Plus I’m going to buy a tourney set so I have decided to invest in the ultrasonic.

Cleaning by hand was not fun

I hand cleaned around 800 of the OG HS Cinci chips when I first got into this with Dawn soap and water.

0/10 would not do again, but I feel like it's a bit of a rite of passage for a new chipper.

can someone recommend a good ultrasonic cleaner and solution? What method you use? I'm new to poker chips but i think it would be a good investment. Thanks in advance

Thanks your guys are quick! Love this forum!
no worries bro I was hesitant about getting into the Ultrasonic thing too and stubborn but I'm so glad I got it , its a great investment and I bust mine out all the time since my players eat and smoke an touch my chips

Are the zip ties actually necessary? If so, man, he's a genius. I would never have thought of that as a way to agitate the chips.

yes helps agitate the chips when they stick to each other

I've never done the salad spinner/hamster wheel thing. Seems unnecessary.

I just put about 50 chips in the wire basket it came with and stir them with a wooden paint stirrer (the ones they give you for free when you buy paint from Home Depot). It seems like the same amount of work as spinning a wheel without all the additional setup.

This is exactly what I do. Works great.

wow i give u guys credit doing it by hand, u guys really need to try a Ultrasonic
I had to do a double take on the ‘frequency bought together’ suggestion. But if you guys are buying enough to influence amazon, I guess I should take the plunge!

Just wanted to give another shout out and thanks to @The Chip Exchange for organizing this and getting all of these chips in our hands in short order. I’ve been away from chipping for a long time and stumbled back on the scene just in time for this. This is my second forum purchase - my first back in the days for the Paulson Pharaohs from a different forum.

Many thanks to Todd for another great experience and for the great customer service.

+1
I found a couple of extra decks of cards and a pair of ceramic dealer buttons in my package. Fun!

2decks and one button will go to a 10-year old poker player to complement her set of dice chips (don’t sneer- they are appropriate for a 10-year old!) and the other button will go into my kid’s ever-expanding chip collection. :-)

Are there still chips left from this sale? I see there are a lot of live links that go to PayPal. Does that mean these are still available?
