Congratulations Dieter, another custom set that is second to none. I find it impressive how you incorporate your own themes/impressions from vacations into your sets and always end up with extremely good results. A very homogeneous set that should have been included in the HOF imo.
 
Thank you all so much for all the great feedback on my puffin chips :love: I can assure you that every single one of these cute little birds is just as happy as I am about the compliments that have been posted here :tup:

Thanks a lot Sebastian!!! But honestly I don't know if this set is worthy enough to be in the HOF... This year's nominations include sets that are, imo, more outstanding than my new set ... I mean, lock at @Josh Kifer 's chipdust Set: that's really something different (and in my eyes (and as great some of the other niminations are) the only candidate for the HOF this year. I would be proud for getting niminated in the next poll that probably will come in 2-3 years I guess. But with the last days of CPC custom orders I bet that there will be a looot of great and outstanding chipsets so it won't be easy to be nominated at all.

Don't know if Chipdust is gonna make the HOF, but thank you for the kind words.

You did a fantastic job on yours. Comparable to anything I've done. Super adore your set.
 
Iceland chip is probably one of my three favorite individual custom chips I have ever seen on this site. The whole set is fun, too.

I submitted my CPC order three weeks ago and it's nice to have some time to revise it now that the check has been set and things are a little more serious. Browsing through threads like this is a relaxing way to remind myself how to go about it.

I don't want to speak for Neo but there is a minimum order of 300 for 44mm and it generally runs once every 18 months but i am sure he will be along to give his own answer.
 
Absolutely awesome set! When I started checking out chips on this site it was one of my favorites, and now that I am starting to think of my first custom set I find myself coming back to it as a prime time reference. Nice work!

That thought crossed my mind during the time when I created that set. But it's a pity that I couldn't add one 43mm chip due to the required minimum order of 300 pieces. I was thinking about a complete 43mm set as well but I couldn't talk myself into it ...

The set is absolutely stunning, but to make it all in 44mm would be too much...
But, you probably should wait not 331 days but 3 years...
The Scroll is completely underrated...

Hahaha, yeah, I guess the waiting time would be even tougher... That's the reason why I'm currently hesitating to order another rack of 5ct chips (I know that it won't he enough for an addon order)...

And you're absolutely right: the Scroll is underestemated as hell: I have a set of CSQ chips so I can compare these two molds. The look of CSQ is great for sure and it fits a looot of designs easily, but when it comes to the overall feel, scroll is the winner imo. Scroll defenitely has more texture than CSQ and it feels awesome.
