Hi!

Anyone know where I can find pretty good chips in Europe around 300 dollars. I would like around 500 chips, I can stretch the price but in the neighbourhood of 300-400 dollars. I would love to buy chips from USA but can’t seem to find any in Europe.

Welcome! Maybe one of our Swedish members has a set that fits your needs.
Put up a wanted ad once you can post in the classifieds would be my suggestion.

Welcome fellow Swede! Best place to find quality chips in Europe is through a European member selling in the classifieds here. A wanted ad is a also good idea, but firstly you need to specify what you’re looking for.

500 chips you say. That is in fact an unlikely number. Playing cash games? Then you probably need more like 600-700 chips. Tournaments? Then 400 will easily be enough. Both scenarios assume one table. How many players will you have?

Your budget will typically be enough for china clays or ceramics from China. Search for Tina chips here on PCF. Quality chips? Well, they’re alright but the rabbit hole definitely goes deeper…

Take your time, read a lot and ask many questions. We’re a helpful bunch (enablers). Good luck!

Hi! Yeah You might be correct in needing 600-700 chips! What is in the “classfield”? I don’t whant to cheap out and buy bad quality. Would appreciate different recommendations so I can look into specific types off chipes!

I've looked a bit. I think I would like a custom set. A lot of people refers to someone named Justin. Is there a way to get hold of some "Justin" chips. Like a sample, because if I got it right you can't post wanted ads in the marketplace as a new member. Might be wrong. All tips and links to other threads discussing the same topic would be appreciated. Also is there someone who can design poker chips? Thanks in advance!

You can post in the marketplace once you’ve gotten your post count up to 10 and have been a member for 3 days. I’m sure someone will be able to hook you up with a sample set.

Plenty of people doing design work. @mattross1313 is an excellent example. Usually you’ll have to stand in line for a bit but it’s totally worth it.
