We both know you do. We are just a bit apart. :(

Yep, I think "the 5" of us are about the same in that regard, should have picked up a few more during the TCR sale........

As someone who usually loses 10-20% on his “flips” there’s nothing wrong with selling some chips for more than they purchased them for if thats where the market landed and it wasn’t the initial intent on purchasing them IMHO.

Nice chips, GLWS.

Oh, I agree, absolutely nothing wrong with whatever the market is! I'm just lamenting on only having 200 and not doing the max of 300

No arguments from me. There is nothing wrong with making money. At the end of the day, there’s nothing wrong with holding onto an asset hoping that its value increases. Just as there is nothing wrong with holding out hoping that the thing you want comes to a price you are willing to accept.

The thing that can sting and this isn’t directed at anyone at all is if chips (or anything) aren’t moving and they sit without getting put to good use for extended periods of time. That’s when everyone loses out imo.

I also wish that I was around when the chips were available for less. Then I wouldn’t even have this listing.

Does anyone remember if the DJ $1s sold out in seconds or if people generally were able to get what they wanted at first? Just curious!

They lasted about 60-90 minutes. When I bought my set, I missed out on the small set so ended up buying a large set and later deciding to buy extra $1s about an hour later so I could have the option to sell half of the larger set.

Part of me regrets letting my entire set go, but that's part of the hobby and very happy with my collection now anyways.

Having played with those Shorelines though, man, I don’t know, you made the right move brother! It’s not even close for me. That DJ set can’t hold a candle to your custom CPC set (assuming you sold them to fund the venture)

A little pr0n if anyone wants to see for themselves, and as usual, pics don’t do the chips any justice..
