I will take total number of entries, and divide it evenly from 001 to 999. etc slot 1 will have range 000 to 011etc and entry 63 will have 689 to 700 etc etc

the pick 3 draw is 3 digits. there may be a few numbers that are not taken from any entries because of total number of entries could be uneven. if that happens than I will use the following mid day draw.
