I have your numbers all picked and ready to go. Don't you wish you knew what numbers you had? :D:D:D. I don't want to post before we are go-live, so there is no confusion.

We have about until 4:00 Seattle time to get this taken care of for today's drawing. If numbers aren't posted before then, we will have to wait for tomorrow.
 
so how do you divide up 75 numbers so each has equal chance? do you have a 75-ball lottery drawing? do you simply use the last two digits of a pick-3 and ignore any result 76-00?
 
I randomly allocated blocks of 13 numbers to each of 75 entries, that is 975 numbers. That leaves 25 numbers unassigned. If one of the 25 unassigned numbers is the lotto drawing, then we try again the next day with the same number assignments.
 
I will post the number allocations as soon as all entries are paid and we have firmed up the drawing date.
 
*UPDATE: Drawing will be Thursday, November 17th (Wisconsin Pick 3)

OP has been updated with the numbers allotted to each entry. There are two lists, one sorted by username, and the other sorted by the numbers allotted. Sorry about the formatting. I actually worked really hard to clean up the formatting, but it got screwed up when I hit "save", for some reason. You should be able to tell what numbers you have. The leading number, before user name, was the "slot" from the original list. The numbers following the username are the numbers allotted for the drawing.

I likely won't be able to mail these until Monday (which unfortunately starts to run into people's Thanksgiving holiday travel). However, if the winner contacts me ASAP, as soon as the drawing is over, there is a chance I can mail them Thursday before I head out of town (Thursday evening).
 
No reason, really. Somebody else's raffle used Wisconsin, so I just copied that. I wasn't positive what Washington State Lottery had to offer, and the Wisconsin pick 3 worked well (was a daily game, and consisted of 3 numbers).
