Hey folks. I got an unused Shuffle Tech secondhand recently, and I’ve been running into a problem with jamming that happens every 2 or 3 shuffles and it’s just brutalizing my cards. It seems like the center tray wants to move down before it is finished clearing that final card from the middle. I was hoping someone had encountered this issue before or could offer some advice. Maybe there’s something I’m not seeing, or maybe I’m just an idiot?

Hopefully this video link works:

What cards are you using? Bridge size is known to be problematic, paper is also problematic. Poker size plastic is recommended. If that is what you are using, then there is something off in your machine.

What is the serial number? Reportedly anything pre- B12500 is not serviceable, but anything after that can be repaired by the manufacturer. Might be worth contacting them.

Or if you get completely frustrated and want to throw it in the garbage, donate it to me, and I'll pay the shipping! :sneaky:

Just checked- it’s in the B15000s, so that’s a good sign. Thanks for the guidance.

There is an option to send it into the manufacturer for maintenance. Sounds like it might need cleaned and or the bands replaced.

You can try taking some rubbing alcohol to the rubber mechanism on the tray as well as a can of air and spray the whole thing out
