Does anyone know what the materials are in these chips? Are they China clays like the Milanos, or are these plastic type chips? TY.

Claysmith website says:

This chip is part of the ClaySmith Casino Clay line. This poker chip is of the highest quality and is casino quality by any standard. This clay poker chip uses compression molding techniques to achieve its professional look and feel.

NM, these are considered plastic type chips, half the price of the Milanos.

yup slugged. great chips for the price though.

The Mint, Rock and Roll, Desert Heat, Bluff Canyon and Gold Rush are all the same Claysmith type chips just with different labels.

The Claysmith chips are metal-slugged injection-molded plastic. As a group (identified by 72o above), probably the second-best slugged plastics you can get at that price point.

I think the 15c/chip lines carried by @Apache and others (Poker Knights, Showdown, Monaco, etc.) are a much nicer chip. Not as hard, not as clanky.
