@Apache , would it be possible for us to do a similar mock-up using the Royals theme? I really like to keep them the same theme as the chips. I can perhaps ask one of the badass designers here to draw it up and do Gear labels. Please let us know!

That won't really be known until we get them. These will be the first China Clay 43mm chips. Based on past China Clay 39mm chips, calculating for a 43mm diameter, I would estimate between 11.5 and 12 grams. Mold and label size could affect final weights, but I'm close with the estimate.

So not official casino weight then?...

Don't know how accurate the shipping labels are, but calculations said 10.5g, but that seems light.

Those are unlabeled chips. Adding a label will add a few fractions of a gram. I stand by my last estimate (especially since @BGinGA also reached the same conclusion).

I ordered 1100 total. 250 Green (T25), 250 Grey (T100), 125 Blurple (T500), 250 white (T1000), 125 Pink (T5000), 50 Orange (T25,000) and 50 Red (BOUNTY).
