Interpol is fed by victims reporting to their own local and national authorities. It was always my understanding that the crime "occurs" wherever the victim is when the crime happens, since we don't always know where the perpetrator is, and even when we do. So "jurisdiction" is with authorities nearest the victim.You are wasting your time reaching out to American law enforcement. If you want action reach out to local law enforcement in the Netherlands that have jurisdiction.
It's a common mistake I saw often during my 25 years as a police officer, including a stint at the police academy where I taught the following simple rule:
The crime occurs where the victim is.
That said, I'm sure the Dutch tax folks might take an interest. More later
