Anyone ever play here? I'll be at a work conference in mid-May and it looks like we're at the convention center right across the street. Aww shucks

Not much other than 1/2 NL, 2/5-5-10 LHE and maybe 1 or 2 tables of 2-5 NL or PLO most of the time. I think 4/8 5/10 O8 with half kill runs on weekends.

Expect only the most worn down, faded and dirty ceramics in the poker room.

They actually are retiring the ceramics and had brand new bud jones chips when I was there in January.

The games are almost always soft and filled with degen locals. Its also almost always super busy on the weekends

That was well overdue. All of the times I've been there the games were filled with locals but nothing really juicy. Anyone have pics of the new chips?

The room is pretty nice itself if not a bit dark.

There is no smoke in both the room and hallway leading to the room at seneca niagara so that really isn't a concern. That being said the fallsview room is definitely much nicer and there are more 2-5 and up games. Unfortunately, they use plastic bud jones chips there too and you will need your passport to cross the border. If there is a lot of traffic, I recommend walking across and catching a cab since it is only about a 10 minute walk with signs that point you the entire way.

I wouldn't recommend the Canadian casinos. The waitlists are long, management treats you worse than dirt and you pay for your booze. Seneca all the way.
