Here are some of my national teams jerseys.
Mexico
Mexico #1 Jorge Campos
This is an official re-release by Raute Sport of one of the crazy jerseys imagined and worn by legendary goalkeeper Jorge Campos.
I started to admire this goalkeeper from the World Cup 1994 in the USA.
Mexico 1998 Home #15 Luis Hernandez
I definitely fall in love with team during the 1998 World Cup in France.
El Matador was my favourite field player of the team and he scored 4 goals in 4 matches. Too bad he could not kill the game against the German in the round of 16 while Mexico was still 1 goal ahead...
USA
USA 2010 Home
Since World Cup 1994, I liked the US national team and when I went in the US for the first time in 2010, I bought it in LA.
My favourite US players were Cobi Jones, Landon Donovan and Tim Howard with an honorable mention to Tony, Meola.
I've also the red / white horizontal stripped one from 2002 but it's not at my home for the moment.
Ukraine
Ukraine 2020 Home #7 Yarmolenko
Ukraine is one of my favourite European team, especially thanks to Andriy Shevchenko and Serhiy Rebrov. For the 2020 jersey, I've chosen Yarmolenko who shares the same number as legendary Andriy Shevchenko.
Belgium
Belgium 2002 Away
Belgium is my home country and after Italy & Mexico, is the team I support the most. This 2002 jersey uses the iconic Nike template. If I could have a nameset on it, it would definitely be Emile Mpenza.
Belgium 2016 Home
This jersey was used during Euro 2016 and is imho the coolest kit Adidas produced for Belgium. If I had a choose a nameset, it'd be Radja Naingollan.
Italy
Italy 1998 Home #21 Vieri
This is the last kit Nike released for Italy and it was the one used in World Cup 1998. My jersey features one of my favourite players that I always followed even when he left my favourite team, Juventus after just one year.
Italy 2002 Home
This is the famous Kappa Kombat (2nd version) that Italy used during the infamous (at least for all Italian fans
) World Cup 2002. In Euro 2000, Kappa introduced the first Kombat kit which was skin fit and revolutionary for the time. Some players even used to take a jersey 2 sizes up (which was a 180° compared to the usual 90's oversized kits).
Italy 2006 Home
This is the kit used for every game of the World Cup 2006 that would bring Italy their 4th star.
Italy 2016 Away (2006 Tribute) #7 Del Piero
This tribute away kit was used in 2016 and re-makes the design of the original 2006 away kit (that was not even used one single time during the entire World Cup 2006). Even though Del Piero was retired at this time, I printed his number and name as he's my favourite player and took part of the 2006 success.
Italy 2018 Home #9 Balotelli
This tribute is infamous for being used during the World Cup 2018 qualifiers that Italy did not manage to pass. I've printed a player I always supported and still support, the crazy Super Mario Balotelli.
Italy 2020 Home #3 Chiellini
This is the jersey used by Italy when they won the Euro 2021 tournament. Being a Juventus fan, I could hardly choose a different nameset for this jersey.
Some jerseys are missing from the picture as not all are currently at my home. I can think of Italy Home 1990 #19 (Toffs version), Italy 1996 #13 (stock pro), Home, Italy 1998 Away, Italy 2002 Away, Italy 2006 Away and Italy 2012 Home.
From other nations, Uruguay Away 2010 #10 Forlan and Zambia are also missing from the pics.
