Hi all,

So, obviously there are a lot of HSI sets around but very few HSI frac chips. Show us your solution! I got some secondary snappers to use as fracs, but I'm not sure about them. I think I'm going to look to trade them for something else to go with my HSI primary set. Preferably light blue. Right now I'm leaning towards some Santa Ysabel $1 chips, but would love to see (or hear) some other suggestions! Post 'em up!

Are you going to use the Primary $25 for a $25 chip, or do you not need a $25 chip for your game?

I don't have an HSI set, but I'd say an RHC with a 7/8ths inch inlay with the same kind of faded inlay (label) for the Primaries is the way to go. Label style should be faded off the base colour like the $5 and $25:

I'd use these $1s , and keep the label size (for the frac) the same as this inlay size:

If I was trying to create a label for a secondary set frac, I'd go with a different label concept, using the printed inlay shape theme of the Secondary set.

Thanks for posting this, I'm in the predicament, I've seen a few people relabeling 100s which I thought was pretty cool, but still looking for other ideas.

Thanks, I wouldn't be surprised if I wind up with a set just like this. I have the Copa 5s already. I love the way your 5c label looks on it. The Hot stamps on mine look so good, that I am hesitant to murder them for a 5c chip.

What about the primary snapper? That would seem to be a better fit for the primary set.

The secondary Jack $100 also seems to be a good fit (if you aren't using the HSI primary $100).

Other good options - Lady Luck $0.50, Isles $0.50.

We rarely use anything bigger than $5s. But just in case the plan is to make an oversized black $20

Wow, I'm really thinking this might be the way to go! Opinions on whether it would go as well with the primary $1. Looks like that mocha edgespot might be very close the the $1 edgespot color.

I love the Sahara $1 in your profile pic. I would use those for fracs here if they were not a house mold. What are those peach chips? That's a cool looking set!

I no longer have these fracs and this was as close-up as I got. The inlays were fully replaced. NOTE: I am working on 2 different solid blue THC versions, a solid pink THC version, and a solid medium green THC version. They will look like Colquhoun's solids in his photo above. PM me if interested.

They're MGM Grand Detroit fracs!

And thanks I'm really liking this set as well.

Still waiting to get some more of those Saharas and then I will deem it complete. And on the left HSI frac relabel plan. Green surely isn't the first option for most people for a frac but I think it's going to work fine for my game that plays small and has no need for $25 chips. Oh and yes I mixed molds on the set on the right, don't care I think it looks good.

I like that combo. Something about using a sea green chip (which is blue) and an indian blue chip (which is green) in the same set that seems neat.
