***WARNING*** Dice chips below.
So I played a game yesterday. 13 hours straight, proud to say I didn’t miss a hand. Bought in for $100, cashed out for $1320. Left $20 for the host.

Chip denoms were a bit strange. The $10’s were unnecessary.
White- $1
Red- $5
Blue $10
Green $25

I didn’t get a chance to get a pic of my chips right before cashing out. This pic was around 2-3am. Game broke at 7:00am

$1320 worth of chips in one player's stack and the host couldn't even be bothered to use the SAME dice chips all around

A lot of trust in your players with that much cash on the table.

Yeah, not even really dice chips all of them, goddammit
For that kind of cash, the host should have at least custom-labelled them:rolleyes:
Congrats for surviving this... IMHO, don't try it again.
It would have been perfectly OK IMHO, in a rural / camping location, for one tenth (1/10) of that kind of money.

All but one. And my trust for him went out the window when I brought over a bottle of Yamazaki and he called it Irish Whiskey.

Being in Texas, if anything went awry, it would likely turn into a Mexican Standoff with all the guns in the room.

Of course, since Yamazaki is obviously a traditional Irish surname. I'm sure they had historical clan feuds with the Ramachandrans and the Kowalskis.

Did you mean Cretans or cretins? Because I can't tell the difference, coming from peasant stock, myself.
Well, being clearly peasant stock themselves (Cretans), most of them have ended up being cretins, nowadays.
Mediaeval people with a distinct heroic tradition (ask @Perthmike and ANZACs about the Battle of Crete) swimming in money because of tourism (on the north coast at least). Not nice.

My sympathies. Will the plague of the Nouveaux Riches never cease? Never mind, thread derailment over, we now return you to your regularly scheduled Live Stacks.

Got home from Chicago at midnight. Knocked out an interview this afternoon and then came to Tunica for the night. To my surprise a 2/5 was running. Jumped into it and am in for 1k.

Welp sadly this was the high point of the evening. Ended up booking a small loss after running a flopped set into a flopped straight, a flush into a full house, and top two vs. straight. Should've cashed out at dinner, but what's the fun of that :p

Mrs Zombie and I are tentatively planning to head over to Tunica Saturday July 6th. Please let me know if you will be there so I can avoid your table. I just don't have that much money to lose in a weekend. :nailbite:
