Don't remember the last time I played poker at 930 in the morning where I haven't been up all night. Drive into Biloxi last night and my 5.5 hour drive turned into 7 hours and some car trouble. Had to get up early today to get the car into a shop.

Especially when the 1/3 game is uncapped and a few stacks are around 1k. Although I'd like if the 2/5 kicks off soon as the $5/half hour rake is better than $5/hand

Man you have got a lot of practice in for SQM! I think I’ve played twice since Christmas.
I should've stayed at home this weekend. Down quite a bit and just running bad in everything. Car repairs added another $1300 hit to the weekend on top of poker. Then I paid extra for a room with a view of the Gulf. Below is my "view". I asked about a room change and then they forgot to give me one, twice. Need to contact Hyatt about it still. If that wasn't enough the poker room closes at midnight tonight for new carpet installation.
On the plus side I'm up today! In for $1,500.

Ooch, I feel ya. Rough day at the office for me too. 5/10/25 I come over the top on the flop against a maniac, fortunately just in for $500
He calls and catches running 4's lol!
Then I have QT98 on a 24KJ board that was checked through on the flop. I have a diamond draw with it, get it in on the turn against QTT9 and the river is an 8, he wins with a pair of 10's
Then in 2/5/10 I get stacked for $700 on a JJ3 flop when I have AKJ6 against AT33 and we get it in, comes running 7's
Was down around 2k but managed to rally near the end and only take an $1,100 hit for the day

That's not bad for 2/5/T especially PLO! I was down over 2k yesterday in just the 1/3 game. Uncapped can hurt sometimes.
I did have a super interesting hand that needs posting at some point. Maybe after the room closes tonight I'll get up.

Just a bat shit insane game right now. Such a shame this room is closing....thats the worst beat of the night. Last hour I've seen someone 5 bet jam all in PF with JTo for 1.5k. Someone 3 bet all with 94o in a 567 flop for 2k.
Thankfully found some rungood in all the madness and also one very sick hand.

I get AA no straddle 2 limpers, local "pro" raises to 25, I 3 bet to 100, old guy on my left whose been calling a lot of raises cold calls. One limper calls, raiser calls.

Checks to me I bet 150, old guy calls, pro calls.
Turn $860 2r
Check, I decide to check (?) , old guy bets $500, pro calls. My action with about 2.2k effective if I call. I tank fold
