Looks fun! Always think it’s fake when I see cheap slugo chips on YouTube short videos with games that have thousands of dollars on the table. I figure they are just playing 5¢/25¢ with $5/$25 chips. Guess not! You all must be really good friends lol. Nice job on the win.

This is a very loose and soft 1/3 game. Just play a strong range and take people to value town when you have it. If they raise the river, fold.

So they pay in chips - do they play? That would test the mettle of any hero call.
Yes, payout is in live chips. I walked into the poker room and there were 8 security guards standing by the desk... I figured someone was getting kicked out... nope, they were just waiting to hand out $431,000.

I was told the hand hit about 60 minutes before I got there. They gathered IDs, etc. When I sat down, they were calling names (most people went to play at another table to wait for the payout) having them sign, and giving them their share. One guy didn't have his ID. He was told he could come back any time and claim his share.

The only guy I know that tipped was one of the guys who hit for a table share. He dropped a $5k chip into the toke box. Of course, nothing higher than a purple fan go in to that box, so security has to bring a new toke box out.

Tipping 17% makes that player pretty damned awesome.

Moreover, do the live chips play at the table. Does the small stack go from $100 to $28,000?
No.

First, table stakes are $50-$300. Can't top up for $28k.

Second, I saw a couple of HHJs won. $500 every 20 minutes. The floor came over and handed the winner a purple chip, which went into their pocket, not into their stack.

She didn't rack check the rack the full barrels and break everything else down?

I don't think her bosses would look kindly on a $5 mistake either way.
It seemed like she was distracted. I pulled her away from her solitaire game.

Did you tip her?
Sure did! Looks like $5 more than I intended.
