Finally got to the PLO table but couldn’t win any pots, it took almost 2 hours before I dragged my first pot. Had to add on $300 since all the $25 to $40 preflop bets were sucking up my stack.

But once the table got short handed I started running it over.

In for $600, out for $1450.

Played a small tourney at Bally’s. 23 entry’s top three paid. Was chip leader before going card dead and finishing 3rd.

I was at South Point this past week (missed the chip conv.). I found out I suck in the casino. Bought in the first night 3 times left with $0 (Bought in with total of $500.
Then on Wednesday I bought in with another $300.
My wife texted me "we are ready to go", I said, just 7 more hands annnnnnd on the 8th hand, I hit A royal Flush, whoohooo, SP was doing High hand payouts and it just happened to be double that day, so that hand gave me $600, so I play for about a half hour more and ended up cashing out $720, so down $80 NOT BAD..

Of course, I did NOT get a pic of the hand or the stack of chips....

Just won 2 huge pots back to back. Turned Broadway and it held vs 2 guys all in on the turn.

Next hand I flop top set and re raise the short stack to trap the middle guys money. He calls anyways and I have them both drawing dead on the turn when I boat up.

In for $600, up $1600 now.

Edit:
Left at 3am, won $1785 for the session. Probably should have left at 1am when I was up $1600 and had to move to the 2nd table. The extra 2 hours of sleep would have been better than the $185. But there were some drunks and bad players on decent stacks I wanted a shot at. Just didn’t make any hands worth playing for their stacks with.

8/16 limit and dollar hot dog sammiches at Canterbury Park. :)
I'd normally offer a player posting here "good luck" or "run good", but the mistake of calling an obvious non-sandwich a sandwich indicated you are going to donk off chips at an extraordinary rate.

Then again, ketchup-mustard colored chips and a ketchup-mustard colored frankfurter has all kinds of awesome going for it. (y)

The pcf vernacular seems to have settled on the word sandwich, I am just trying to cave to peer pressure.

I was split between hot dog sandwiches (+1) and putting ketchup on a hot dog sandwich (-1). I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and a like.

We're in Minnesota, not Chicago, Ketchup is allowed.

That said, much to my surprise, I was served a hot dog with Ketchup on my first trip to Wrigley two years ago.

I'll admit that I'm in the minority who doesn't like ketchup on a HDS.

I'm not admitting to being wrong, just being in the minority.

A proper Chicago dog does not need ketchup. Tomato slices + pickle relish gives you anything ketchup will give you (minus the sugar). Sure, in a ballpark you can get a boiled down version of fresh food, but it's no longer good.

Next time your at Wrigley, when you leave, head toward I-90 (west along Addison). Turn right on Elston. Once Elston merges into Milwaukee, you will soon see the restaurant mascot winking at you.

Stop.

Get a dog.

You will ***never*** call it a sandwich again. It obviously is not, and others are simply ignorant of this place.

Your life will be changed forever.
