With the missing Covid years it seems like yesterday.

Inca spoiled me getting to play with that awesome limit set. I knew I would never be able to have enough of those yellow beauties.

For 2-chip 4-chip rack per player should be pretty good.

My still young 2/4 chip game has had 4-7 players and 0-2 re-buys per game. I purchased an 800/100 chip limit set from CPC (arriving shortly), looking at averages and the pools of players. I’ve never had to break out value chips before, but I suspect I’ll have a value chip with this set, but it won’t be a frequent thing. There are only so many chips you can get in a limit pot, and as sexy as BonScot’s set looks below, the extra untouched chips would be a messy cumbersome disaster (and an unnecessary cost) with my players. If it turns out I need more, I’ll buy ‘em.

Outside of meetups all I basically play is fixed limit now. My bet sizing is the first thing to go kaput if I don’t play cash holdem regularly. I guess at some point I just fuck it, I’ll play limit holdem waiting for limit BigO and limit mixed games.

All the mixed games in the casino are limit for the most part. I even enjoy stud/8 now (in a mix, not by itself).

2 chip/4 chip structure is the best and allows for a manageable chip structure and a half or full kill. 2 racks per player so 1200-1600 will do fine.
