Well how else will we know it’s the French Paris and not Paris, Kentucky? Lovely town...
It seems to me that it's typically North American to add the name of the state next to the name of the city.

No problem, I'll add that to my to-do list. I'll need to swap out the shaped inlays but otherwise I can keep them as is. No ETA but should be ready for the Dec GB if anyone is interested.
