My 1st (ASM) customs evAr (SidePot BCCs were right before this).
Trivia: ASM would not make black background inlays at the time due to cutting out the inlays resulted in white(spotted) uneven edges (paper tears on laser print I guess).
They agreed to do these and they came out perfect! The rest is history.
(I've misstated elsewhere that this was the case with my (later) hourglass mold version; I had forgotten about these A-molds)

I feel like I remember these from way back when on CT... Were these from Jim's "90¢ solid/inlaid, completed AND shipped within 3 weeks or they're FREE" deal??? (How about that for a CRAZY deal??!! Haha)
Mine were less than 24 hours away from being free!!! lol
First time posting this old set... AFAIK the only other pics of these are buried somewhere in the "Gone but not forgotten" thread. Don't recall who grabbed the pics and brought them over here before the wall came crumbling down.
At the point these were made, I (we) still only played tourneys, so this was a first attempt to play cash and the breakdown is/was atrocious! It is a completely unplayable breakdown for us nowadays.
**The NCVs and 1 rack of 25¢ were added on -post CPC
