Hi all.
I've been on a journey trying to find traditional acrylic racks for my CPC A-crest mold set. Bought two sets of the generally recommended racks for CPCs.
But I'm not satisfied they fit, they instead hover on rack edges without sitting down in the rack. That risks damage to chips once racks are stacked, especially in a birdcage, since all the weight is on the chip edge.
I know my CPCs are larger diameter than typical at ~39.6 mm. But even 39 mm Paulsons swing in these racks.
To gifs below demonstrate. One gif is Key West racks, the other Made in China (Spinetti's). In both gifs the first chip is Paulson, the second chip CPC.
Do chippers just accept this swinging in the racks as normal? Maybe people don't check this? Your chips do this?
