Can't stop staring. The snapper is actually my LEAST favorite in the lineup, and that's saying something; it's an awesome chip.

That $1 looks so hawt on the scroll mold I keep thinking I need to find a way to add a chip like that to my upcoming order, despite the fact that I already have 800 $5s with very similar colors on the A-mold. It's a sickness...

Thanks! J5 does another bang-up job. It took us a while to settle on a font, but I think it ultimately landed where it ought to be.

I like the Mapes $1's for their colors and uniqueness. Apparently a lot of other people like them considerably more than I do. Seeing how I'll never own a Mapes set, making some of my own seemed the next best thing. Although someone's going to be making some relatively soon that are even better than mine...can't wait for that!

It's probably just the effect of the flash, although it is a fairly vibrant chip on its own.

Thanks! At first I wasn't going to do the snapper, and then I remembered my chipping mantra:

"I do not regret the chips I bought, but those I did not buy."

Thus, my snapper was born.

Thanks, man! Funny thing about the nickle - the color-matching almost went the other way. John initially had it matched to the base, but there was no doubt in my mind that it works better w/the blurple. Really happy w/that choice. Glad you like them!

Nickle base = DG peach
Quarter base = Retro blue
