By my math a 21x21 at 66220 chips.

You guys are about half-right. He thought he had 60k+ plus before he moved, but then found another 20k in chips hidden away and forgotten. And he hasn't stopped buying since then, either. Larry's the master of buy-low/never-sell. A true collector/pack-rat.

It was over 80K 2-1/2 years ago when we moved. At least 120-130K now. I have actually sold some chips (including 460 Blue Chip quarters to Tommy, so I'm not making this up).

I like this thread for 2 reasons;

1) I can drool over the massive quantity and quality of Larry's collection.

2) I can show my wife the pictures, and tell her; "She honey, I don't have a problem with collecting too many poker chips."

Those are $1s from the Cosmopolitan in Vegas -- I happened to be there the week they opened, and the cashier was helpful.

In the midst of the unboxing, my saintly wife didn't even give me a dirty look yesterday when she came back from the mailbox with two suspicious sfrbs. Just dumped them on the counter, and said "Chips."
