Dibs when you find out you like secondaries better after all.
I'll keep it in mind! Honestly, my plan originally was to sell off whichever $1s I didn't end up using for the set, but they both look so great that I may just keep them all. We'll see what the wife thinks of that plan first though... :ROFLMAO:

What's her number again?
(Also, I'm sure you really don't like those prim $100s either)

Got my new chips in play last weekend in a game of Jump Drive! Worked real well too. I am loving these chips. :) Chips may of brought me good luck! :wow: I think it might of been the highest point total for me ever. Scored 40 points in the last round alone. Game ends the round in which someone gets to 50.

Pictures were compressed to 8-bit to upload directly, but not too much of a difference quality wise. I also had to convert CR2 to PNG which I don't think there's compression on PNG.

Frac works, but maybe willing to trade or find a new frac that matches more.

Willing to trade these fracs for a rack of minty IG primary $5s without GO chips.

Here's a bit more of a color accurate picture.

Isn't magic eraser kind of abrasive (especially for new chips)? Heard some people say it's like very light sandpaper. Electric toothbrush for like 8 bucks got the job done for me.

Nice! What's your technique?

Dawn and warm (not hot) water in the tub. Drop a barrel in, let soak for a couple minutes. Put on dish/cleaning gloves to save hands. Grab 10 chips in a stack and hit the edges with the scrubby brush, put those back in and do the other 10. One at a time, scrub brush chip faces for a few seconds, give them a rinse, then set on a towel off to the side. After 15 chips, put a new barrel in to start soaking, then finish the last 5 from the current batch. Refresh the soak tub once water cools off, usually after 2 or 3 barrels.

When I get bored of scrubbing, drop the scrub brush and pick up a magic eraser. I prefer to hold the eraser still and move the chip along it for the following steps, YMMV. One chip at a time, swipe chip edge on magic eraser while rotating chip, until a full rotation is complete. Check to be sure edge is clean. If not, more erasing. If so, flip eraser over and swipe chip face on eraser a few times, flip chip and repeat. Check that faces are clean. If not, more erasing. If so, rinse chip off and set on towel off to the side.

When all chips in current batch are clean, pat dry and stack into barrels. Oil edges of all barrels, let sit for 10 minutes or so. Wipe oil off barrels, then wipe all chip faces one at a time to be sure no excess oil remains. Stack back into barrels, box/rack ‘em up.

Efficient? Not particularly. Effective? Definitely.

we wanted to see the end result.

Well... glad we got a sample set. Pulled this one put of the rack and was like "why the hell is there a huge piece of tape on this chip?" Well

Definitely NOT the best patch job ever. Oh well off to start a new broken chip pile for @H|Q ... If I get to over 100, maybe I can hold the Harlequin sample for two minutes next time! Lol (kidding)

Rookie mistake not adding a few extras of each denom! I've had broken chips arrive before as well. Although admittedly only before Jim started shipping in white chip boxes.

I'm traveling pretty much all of summer, but I look forward to when I get back in August and I'll have the crew try out fixed limit for the first time with these fives!

Likely 5 or 6 handed, playing 10/20 limit. Any recommendations as to fun games?

Our standard fun games would be sviten, bigPLO8, sohe, double board plo, but only ever played them pot limit. What games are fun to play limit?

And oh, pron! I'm not gonna use the $1s though, but rather a rack of hundos as the value chip!
