So, i received the chips I teased yesterday and did a bit of sorting.
It's all Hotstamped THC with on one side ROULETTE and the other 50c or $1.oo
Total count of THC: 1931
The inlayed on the bottom are plastic chips with a top hat. Don't know much about these.
Most are REALLY dirty
Makes me wonder if the yellow are all the same color...
But I can't have any complaint for the price I paid! Ridiculous find.

Great score! At first glance, the majority of these look like in Good, used condition. You can see if there's any appreciable height loss when you put them in a Paulson rack and see whether they can fit 20 or 21 in a barrel.
Yes you will need to clean them. Yes, you should wait until after cleaning them to sort them into colours, or even try to identify the colours. For this many chips I would use an ultrasonic cleaner if you can buy one or borrow one.
The plastic chips with the top hat and without a cane are just junky plastic chips. Pay them no mind.
