While I was looking for something on Etsy I stumbled upon a shop COOLSTUFFBYPETE he makes a bunch of things, but what caught my is Pete made Hockey Puck Card Guards. I saw a Bruins, Redwings, LA Kings, and the Stanley Cup one in the center. No Rangers one though. So I asked him and he said he’ll make a prototype and show me as he said it may not come out great because of the space. He made one and it came out awesome. So I commissioned him to make 2 which he did. it was very reasonable for $10 for each card guard plus 5 shipping. He then also threw in a Stanley Cup card gaurd as a surprise bonus. @JMC9389

Oh I’m ordering one of those Bruins pucks right now. Maybe it’ll soak up my tears

Good stuff.

Thanks.

Asked him about an Islanders puck. Some other cool things he's done:

Good mail day for me!
Purple RHC and OG yellow white labels (just need to take the over labels off)
Dunes $500 & 1000
Dunes baccarat 5, 20, 100, 500, 1000 & 5000. Now I’m only missing the unicorn baccarat 25k to fully complete the sample set
Glad to see they made it safe! :cool

Major disappointment. Seller on eBay got $11 for shipping this cool LAS VEGAS CLUB mug and used about 8 grocery bags for packing and a box that was too small.
Follow up. I sent the seller a message. Showed them this picture and asked for a refund. No reply and immediately after I sent that, I can no longer view any of their 279 listed items. Seller is skibum7732

Update: Seller reimbursed all costs. I'm still unable to view any of sellers other sale items. I guess I've lost my privileges to buy from them again lol.

At least they got part of their name right (bum).

eBay won’t do anything about it?

My Junk man came thru!! He saved these chips from an illegal home casino in Jefferson, Louisiana.

He said the house had a “ballroom” in the backyard and there was a shed or something that had a casino sized craps table.

No clue when the bust went down (I been digging) but he said the chips were all stacked on the table as if they were mid game. Half packs of smokes and drinks out. Full bottles of booze.

Not sure if the house was sold or what but the chips looked like they were sitting for a while. They are dirty as they come but appear to be in near mint condition. He was ready to toss them if nobody took them after a few days. What a loss that woulda been!
