Pretty neat. I almost did that once. Then I started thinking about what the exact dimensions should be. Should it be exactly 66.7 long? Or should it be a little shorter to keep them snug? How deep should it be - should the chips sit exactly half in the foam, or more or less?
What are your thoughts?

I used 30x39x67 as dimensions and they sit very snug. They come out easily with the 9mm sticking out, here is the thread where I discussed the process of getting to this result.
