There’s a lot of $1s out there on eBay I feel like. Not so many $5s but every once in a while singles pop up

I actually like the $1 better you can see the little dude better... need a history lesson... I know he's on the dealer buttons and such but does the little Nevada lodge dude have a name, significance? Definitely seems legit enough for a poker tattoo.... might have to work him in on my next tat some how!

Just the mascot as far as I know. :) Not sure of the back story on Bucky. @liftapint and I had this discussion when she was helping me with ideas for my table felt.
Wanted to get his name worked into the theme somewhere.

I knew the $100 was fire, but the $5s in person really sold it to me.

I don't really know anything about those chips. Yeah, I've seen singles, but never in quantity. Have never even thought about going after them, even though they are from my beloved Nevada Club, Reno. I'm still chasing the TRKs :)

I don't really know the history of Bucky either. I like to call him "Nevada Dude", but his name is Bucky. There is a lot of Bucky in my house :)

Damn @RichMahogany I was truly happy with my mail day... but again damn! Nice score sir!!

So I have to say thank you to @Klobberer for letting us know my favorite chip hot eBay for a resonable amount... after several chipboard members told Brie we were crazy and would never find a Holiday Inn $25 for less than $75... I managed to grab all 3 chips to the set for less than $35!! Couldn't believe it was real until it came in the mail today!!! Thank you Brian fantastic looking out brother!!

But man I wish I could build a set of Pineapple heads... lol I was going to wait for the sample and ask @Ethan if he wanted to borrow the picture for his avitar!!

We have definitely been pumping the breaks believe it or not... still new to this hobby and have an absolute passion for it!! Trying to concentrate on our sets but the temptation to buy new awesome chips is always there... The Sickness is strong in this house!! Lol

I bought this set on eBay a while back. Maybe a year or so. I got a pretty good price on them and the guy went on and on about what a steal it was, and then never sent me the chips. I had to file a claim etc to get my money back.

The addiction is real. And I wont accept any help.
We really have slowed down some. Mostly looking to complete sets and grab up some singles or sample sets here and there. Hopefully one day get everything framed and have a cool wall like this guy Alan we know :ROFL: :ROFLMAO:
