Not sure WTF happened here...but whatevs...I had to call this past Friday, and open a service ticket to get things moving. I guess the Richmond depot (1 hr from my home) wanted to use it for a Christmas tree ornament.

Man I feel your pain, I’ve had two parcels sitting in Calgary (one from Dec. 11, the other from Dec. 12).

I opened service tickets on both, and one parcel started moving again yesterday. Hopefully the other starts going soon as well.
