I filed a search claim. They responded that they need more information about how the package itself looks, not just the content.
I updated the search claim as asked and haven't heard of them for about 2 weeks now.
Status of the claim is still "accepted".
I suspect they are still just completely overwhelmed by the backlog they've accumulated over the holidays. It'll show up at some point, I hope.

These Aces are unreal. I was really shocked by both their vibrant colors (shitty photo, bad lighting, gloomy day) and their sound/feel. I'm the first to admit that I like THC more than RHC ... but these Aces are a different beast. Who's got $1s they don't want?
