Finally, I received a bunch of the new rack trays from 3D3P! I decided to color-match my roulette mold chips, and I think they look fantastic! These are the trays that fit in the Apache racks that closely resemble Matsui racks. Thanks @One Eyed Dollar ! I also grabbed a sample set of the rack spacers (plus a clear set of the rack trays), which is another great idea from Ben. :tup:

Electric blankets for flattening! Brilliant! I'm trying that next time.
The cvs brand (extra long) 700 series is perfect. Don’t get the 500 series (it does not have the temp reader). If u use the 160 degree setting the chips get to about 125-135 degrees, which is perfect. I bake them for an hour. The blanket automatically turns off after 1/2 hour, so u have to turn it back on (but u don’t need a timer). 2 cycles and let cool for at least 2 hours. Make sure to tighten the vice grips a couple times as the chips cool. Works great.
