Not exactly a mail item but holy moly this thing is good looking! Can someone help please identify this NOP chipset? Searched high and low. Seems like a fantasy set Paulson made around the same time as 98 CDI. Tough to find info without knowing what NOP means.

Gotta be someone's custom set. Ugly-ass design with obscure text and symbols that surely means something deeply important to the owner but jack-nothing to anyone else.

Maybe some civic group like the Elks or Fraternal Order of Police or whatever (but not those, those have other well-recognized chips).

Replace the inlay with something else and that base chip would pop.
