OMFG, it’s on its way to me.

Not from the mail, but I have to share these. Easily the coolest chips I have owned to date. I purchased them from a neighbor who also FORCED me to take an old Blackjack table from The Sands hotel off his hands and out of his house so his wife can reclaim the room - LOL! From what I have been hearing, there are not too many playable sets of these Borland commemorative chips that were made by ASM in the early 1990s. My neighbor got them at a store in Vegas in 1996, so I assume he bought them directly from Jim Borland. Cool piece of poker chip history. There are over 550 chips in the set. Unfortunately no $1000 or $5000 chips.

But where's the BJ table?

But where's the BJ table?
Going over with my son-in-law to take it apart and get it home. No idea what I'm going to do with it. It's a MONSTER. I know the wife is not going to want to keep it, so I need to find somebody who will make use of it. It is very cool. In reasonably good condition, AND he even has a brand new Sands felt if the eventual owner wants to re-cover it. I'll take some photos tomorrow before we break it down.

Wish I had space for it! Can’t wait to see it.

Posted in two threads but they belong here.
